KOVR Cosmetics had an incredible product and growing demand, but their legacy WordPress architecture was failing them. High traffic spikes from viral social moments resulted in site crashes. The checkout flow was disjointed, hurting conversion rates.
Furthermore, they wanted to scale their paid media aggressively into the US and UK markets. To do this, they needed not just a bulletproof e-commerce platform, but a high-volume creative pipeline and a complex international logistics integration.

Scaling Meta Ads requires a constant stream of high-converting creative. We partnered with Safro Fades, an influencer with over 1 million followers, to produce authentic, high-impact video ads. The result was creative that felt native, built trust instantly, and drove a 3.8x ROAS.
